Bangalore Days is a 2014 Indian Malayalam-language coming of age romantic comedy-drama film written and directed by Anjali Menon, and produced by Anwar Rasheed and Sophia Paul under the banner Anwar Rasheed Entertainments and Weekend Blockbusters. The film features an ensemble cast of Nivin Pauly, Dulquer Salmaan, Fahadh Faasil, Nazriya Nazim, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Isha Talwar and Paris Laxmi..
Bangalore Days revolves around the life of three cousins from Kerala who move to Bangalore, continuing Anjali Menon's trend of films about family relationships. The film released on 30 May 2014 in 205 theatres, making it one of the biggest release for a Malayalam film, simultaneously all over India. The film received positive reviews from the critics and audience, and with an estimated collection of ₹45 crore, became one of the highest grossing Malayalam films.
The film received three Kerala State Film Awards: Best Actor (for Pauly), Best Actress (for Nazriya) and Best Screenplay (for Anjali Menon), and two Filmfare Awards South: Best ing Actress (for Parvathy) and Best Director (for Anjali Menon). The film was later remade in Tamil as Bangalore Naatkal (2016) and in Hindi as Yaariyan 2 (2023). Bangalore Days is considered as one of the best Malayalam films of the New-Gen cinema movement and has gained a cult status over the years.
